On the dashboard we have some useful indicators that can help the Social Media Manager to make decisions:


  • Social Profile info: indication of the social network, the name/ID of the Social Profile, its avatar and community size
   
  • Assigned Collaborators: the number of Social Elephants users who have access to each Social Profile

  • IPM: Interactions Per Minute expresses the volume of interactions (Reactions, Likes, Comments, Replies, Shares, ReTweets) on the posts of the Social Profile in the unit of time, based on the recent activity (last hour). This indicator is extremely helpful to detect a potential crisis, a viral content spreading or some overload related to active paid media campaigns. 

  • Inbox/Scheduled/Alerts: these counters are very useful to check if any of the managed Social Profiles received new messages/comments/mentions and to get a quick overview of pending posts scheduled for publication or alerts which might require a reaction.
