In the People section of each social profile you can search for users who contributed to selected Listenings by using the content filter. Depending on the social network, Social Elephant can provide more or less public data about users: Twitter is definitely the platform providing more information, including user's influence.

Once the table of users is displayed on the screen, it's possible to rank them by clicking on the desired KPI columns. When reporting the results of a Listening it's interesting to detect the following categories of Top Contributors:

  • Users with bigger audience
  • Influencers: having a high score of influence is more important than just having a big community of followers
  • Most active users: important for the user generated content
  • Amplifiers: some users wouldn't create original content, but still share/retweet a lot of user generated content
  • Top Engagers: users who contribute to a Listening but also interact with the content published by the owned social profiles

The selection of users displayed on screen can be exported by clicking the button on the right hand side. This function is particularly useful for retargeting of specific categories of users with promoted tweets (the .csv data export is adjusted to match the Twitter Ads requirements)
