The Competitor Analysis is a powerful tool to monitor and compare the performance of social profiles to obtain an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of different brands or categories/industries. The data collection is restricted only to public KPIs, but despite of this limitation it's still possible to quickly detect the leaders of a specific sector, capture the key learnings to understand the reasons of the success or the failure of selected social profiles, monitor the social media activity along time and extract the best performing content.


On the main dashboard the Competitor Analysis is organized in different modules: each module can be set up to monitor and compare specific social profiles of a selected industry/category or for example the competitors of a specific brand (examples: "Auto", "Food", "Competitors of my brand", ...)

Inside of each module, the social profiles can be grouped in tabs and each tab is meant to represent a competitor (or group) containing its social profiles. Typically a competitor represents a brand but it's possible to group social profiles also by region, and,  for example, compare the performance of different countries of the same brand. Similarly it's possible to group the social profiles by category/industry and compare the performance. 



Data can be accessed by clicking directly on the competitors visible on the main dashboard or accessing to one of the 3 available modes of analysis: 



INSIGHTS: comparison of KPIs and visualization of their time evolution. 


CONTENT: clipping of the best performing posts, tagcloud of popular topics diffused by each competitor, frequent #hashtags and websites where traffic is redirected. 


FORMATS: discover the content strategy of your competitors across the different post formats (videos, photos, links, ...) 


The settings button  is available only for administrators to edit/delete the module and to invite collaborators.
