To access CONTENT click on the selector with the icon of a conversation bubble.

This section is dedicated to management of content and allow the users to engage with the community, with a focus both on the new social conversations (A, B, C) and on all the archived content (D, E, F, G).

All the content is conveniently organized in TABs:

A. Assigned to you: it collects messages/comments/replies/mentions/community posts assigned from other users to you to complete a related task

B. Inbox: all messages/comments/replies/mentions/community posts that haven't been reviewed on Social Elephants. Instagram mentions in a story are collected when the author is a professional account (either a Business profile or Creator Account). Inbox also collects tweets associated to a Listening Campaign, when the "send matching messages to inbox" option has been switched on.

C. Untagged: all messages that have been accepted in the Inbox after being read/reviewed but still missing a content tag to categorize the social conversation.

D. Timeline: it's a copy of the public timeline (or home) of the Social Profile, i.e. the same content  that you can see on the native social network. For Instagram accounts we also offer a dedicated tab to collect the Instagram Stories

E. Out of Timeline (Ads): (available only for Facebook) it collects all those posts delivered as facebook ads that are not visible (also referred as dark posts) in the public timeline (Home). A public post boosted as part of a paid media campaign will appear in the "Timeline", instead.

F. All: all the content in just one place, including "Timeline" and "Ads" but also other social stories not visible elsewhere (for example the creation of events or albums, etc).

G. Deleted: any content that has been deleted is available on Social Elephants, to keep track of mistakes and control whatever happened on your Social Profiles, even if the content is not available online anymore.

Social Elephants offers different ways to tweak and filter the content displayed on screen:

H. Public/Private Switch: manage both the public (comments, replies, mentions, ...) and private content (private messages, or the so called direct messages of Twitter).

I. Date range: navigate through time easily by selecting the content published in a specific window of time.

L. Order Content: select how to order the content displayed on screen, choosing between the available options (chronological, influence, engagement, etc).

M. Ascending/Descending order: it controls the direction of ordering.

N. Expand/Compress: tweaking this button you can expand all the conversations to show first and second level comments/replies, or you can choose to compress everything to overview only the first level posts.

O. Author filter: filter by the author of the content; reveal messages (posts, comments, replies, mentions, etc.) published by the Social Profile itself, by other users (the community of fans/followers) or just show the content all together.

P. Search: access to an advanced filter with a lot of different options to extract the desired content.

Q. Export: the content displayed on screen can be saved and exported in excel/CSV format.

R. Multi-selector: selection of all the content displayed in the page for bulk management. It's possible to browse different pages using the navigation buttons at the bottom, keep selecting new elements and finally bulk manage the selection.
