We launch a brand new benchmark product keeping all the main functions of the previous product and offering new powerful ways to perform a competitors analysis. We highlight the main novelties: 

  • It's now possible to compare data coming from different social networks in a single dashboard. Once set up the social profiles which define each competitor, it's possible to analyze the global social media activity easily breaking down the contribution of each social network. 

  • We redesigned the KPI table improving the usability and offering visual trend indicators to better monitor the evolution of the metrics in time.

  • Now it's possible to get insights about the content published by each competitor, highlighting the best posts, the popular topics (tagcloud), the frequent #hashtags and the analyzing the websites where the competitors drive their traffic. 

  • We also offer new powerful insights on the formats (photos/videos/links/...) that lead to social media success.


In this new version we also improve the way to access the content of the owned channels with a better selector of period and tools to select/filter data. Apart from this, we now offer a cleaner design of the Insights with helpful trend indicators.
