1.7.4 Saved Replies, Customer Service clipping and revamped Publisher workflow

With this release we introduce some relevant functions to improve the community management on Social Elephants:
We introduce the Saved Replies: now it's possible to prepare custom answers to the most frequent questions, easily accessible when it's time to attend both to the public comments and private messages.
The Customer Service reports are now enriched with a detailed list of the comments and messages involved.
We redesigned our Publisher to allow a quicker and smarter editing of posts at any stage, from Drafts to Approved/Scheduled, depending on the role of each user. It's now also possible to schedule a post directly from our Calendar.
