Starting from August 2018 Twitter will revoke a key piece of access that developers currently  have to the service, replacing it with a new access system and causing some minor consequences also for Social Elephants users. 

The new mentions and replies will be still accurately collected in the Social Elephants INBOX but the users might experience up to 10 minutes of delay while retrieving new content from Twitter.

We are working on some technical improvements to optimize the data collection and reduce the delays to the minimum possible, hoping that there will be not significant negative impact on the community management activity of our customers.
