The administrator of the account can permanently delete some Social Profiles in order to free some quota to install new profiles for Competitor Analysis.


Important notes: 

  • Removing permanently a profile all the historical data collected will be lost.

  • During a month period  only a limited number of profiles can be permanently deleted (The limit is equivalent to the contracted quota for Competitor Analysis). 


Visit Settings of any of your Competitor Analyses and access the list of installed social profiles. Click to remove the selected profiles: 



The social profiles are organized in two groups:


In use

These profiles are installed in the selected Competitor Analysis. The user can decide to either remove the profiles only from the Competitors available in the current Analysis (to keep monitoring their data for other analyses) or to remove them everywhere (freeing quotas).  


Not used

This is the complete list of installed profiles that are not currently used in any Competitor Analysis, by removing these profiles it's possible to permanently delete them and free quotas.



The "Category" column displays the quota consumption of different profiles:

- A profile with >100K followers or a Global Page are equivalent to 2 profiles

- A profile with >1M followers is equivalent to 3 profiles


Owned social profiles installed in the "Manage & Analysis" section don't consume Competitor Analysis quotas.
