Due to recent changes in the Facebook Platform Policy, Businesses will have up to 24 hours to respond to a user with a private message. For more details please read the official Facebook communication.
We are currently in contact with Facebook to allow responses to messages within a 7 day period as soon as the response is related to the user inquiry, otherwise it would be considered as a Facebook policy violation.
