To add a collaborator to manage a social profiles just visit the SETTINGS of the social profile and go the Collaborators section.
Remember that some permissions are exclusive only for Administrators: for more details please read this article.
To add a new collaborator just type his/her email address (or the name, if the collaborator is already registered in Social Elephants) and click the Add button. The new collaborator will receive a notification with an invitation to register in Social Elephants.
In the main DASHBOARD there is a specific section to check the list of collaborators in different social profiles/benchmarks, each one of them represented by their corresponding avatars. Clicking on the avatars it's possible to navigate to the SETTINGS to manage the roles or remove a collaborator. From the DASHBOARD it's possible to send reminders to collaborators with a pending invitation by clicking the button "Resend invitation email ..."
Once a collaborator has been invited to manage a social profile, it's possible to configure his/her role by clicking on the "EDIT..." button to restrict the access to specific functions.
PUBLISHER
Compose: preparation of post drafts to be sent to a reviewer for approval. This permission allows to suggest a time to publish and to set tags/targeting
Approve: permission to approve/reject and suggest changes to a post before publication
Publish: permission to set post tags/targeting and to publish/schedule any approved post
CONTENT *
* different permissions can be set for public and private content
Assign: this permission allows a user to receive assigned messages from other users to handle specific issues or answer specific questions
Respond: access to the general inbox to check and manage all the new messages received by a channel with the permission to reply to fans/followers, tag content, accept revised messages or assign them to other users.
Tag: access to untagged messages to help collecting content stats about what your community is talking about
History: access to all the publications of the channel and posts by fans/followers with the capability to search through content with a powerful filter (by time, user, keyword, content tag, format, etc); display the best performing posts and monitor in real time all the relevant KPIs.
INSIGHTS
View: access to the full set of channel analytics with KPIs and interactive graphs
PEOPLE
View: search through the complete list of users interacting with a channel to point out the most active fans/followers and the influencers of the community
