1.7.5 Scheduling videos/GIFs and other publisher improvements

This release improves the experience of publishing and scheduling content from Social Elephants:
It's now possible to schedule videos and GIFs directly from Social Elephants. The video posts will be delivered directly to Facebook, while, for Instagram, a video attachment will be sent, at the proper time, to the person in charge to upload it to the official Instagram app. Twitter doesn't support the publication of videos (.avi, .mp4, .mov, ...), only photos and GIFs are allowed.
Moreover, we now support the publishing and scheduling of multiple photos from Social Elephants to Facebook.
