We completely reorganized the KPIs box displaying the main metrics of Post Performance:
we chose the same arrangement of metrics for all the Social Networks so it's now much easier to compare the performance across different Social Media channels
the top row indicators light up in green/red when the post is performing well above/below the average
the automatic Sentiment Analysis of the comments reveals if the post generated positive or negative engagement.
A brand new metric dedicated to Video Performance analysis has been introduced: Completion Rate reveals the percentage of times the media content is viewed through its entire duration.
Completion Rate becomes especially useful to analyze the performance of Instagram Stories to understand if the users are enjoying the content until the end or if they are skipping quickly to the next story.
We consolidated the Twitter metrics now displaying Video Views and Impressions collected directly from Twitter Analytics and enriching the insights with additional indicators (click here for more details).
