In this release we revamped the set up of the content TAGs

  • now it's possible to assign custom colors to both the TAG groups and the TAGs to enhance the visibility of the type of content more relevant to you

  • we offer the option to archive the TAG groups that you don't need anymore or to set them as inactive if you need to use them just for your Reports


We redesigned the "Campaigns" section, renaming it as "Listening" and redefining its use to collect external content matching with specific keywords, hashtags or expressions. 

In this version we also introduced new options to tweak and customize your Social INBOX in your Social Profile settings so that you can selectively switch on/off the community management of public (comments, replies) and private (direct messages) content. Similarly you can activate/deactivate the Untagged folder for manually reviewing the content TAGs for the content that you receive.

Starting from this new release the Twitter Impressions include also the Paid contribution, offering you a broader overview of your marketing efforts on Twitter.
