With this last upgrade we enhance your Community Management experience including Instagram private messages (direct messages) in your Social Elephants Inbox. Just like with any other conversation managed on Social Elephants, you can take advantage of our special features: 

  • you can use Sentiment Analysis and automatic TAGs to filter content that requires priority 

  • you can escalate issues assigning messages to your collaborators 

  • you can answer the most frequent questions with just one click, using our saved replies


Moreover, the Instagram Private Inbox features a "Story Mentions" section to filter these events from the rest of messages, so that Community Managers can easily focus on those messages that really require assistance and review Story Mentions in a dedicated tab. 

 


To start managing private messages from Social Elephants follow these easy steps: 

  1. Make sure you meet the requisites and you have all the permissions to activate this service.

  2. Visit the profile settings and switch on the "private inbox" under the Community Management services section (you need to be an Administrator to access settings).
